Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CRsense, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.
Description of Service
CRsense is a cloud-based dealer management platform providing tools for inventory management, lead tracking, appointment scheduling, deal processing, and document generation for automotive dealerships.
Account Registration
You must create an account to use CRsense. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Dealer accounts are subject to review and approval by CRsense before becoming fully active.
Subscription and Billing
CRsense offers tiered subscription plans. Billing is managed by the CRsense platform administration team. Trial periods are available for new accounts. Failure to pay may result in account suspension.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use CRsense for any unlawful purpose, to transmit any fraudulent or misleading information, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems, or to interfere with the normal operation of the platform.
Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all data you input into CRsense. CRsense does not claim ownership of your dealership data. You grant CRsense a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.
Service Availability
CRsense strives to maintain high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows may cause temporary unavailability.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the platform will be suspended. Data may be retained for a period as described in our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability
CRsense is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding three months.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
