Messaging Terms

Last updated: June 4, 2026

Overview

These Messaging Terms govern the use of SMS, MMS, and AI-assisted messaging features within the CRsense platform, including the Inbox module and any future automated outreach capabilities.

Consent to Receive Messages

By enabling messaging features, you acknowledge that you and your dealership are responsible for obtaining proper consent from your customers before sending any SMS or automated messages. CRsense provides the platform — you are the message sender.

Dealer Responsibility

Dealers using CRsense messaging tools are solely responsible for compliance with applicable laws including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, and all applicable state regulations governing electronic communications.

Opt-Out Compliance

You must honor all opt-out requests promptly. Recipients who reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, or similar keywords must be immediately removed from future automated messages. CRsense may provide tooling to assist but dealers remain responsible for compliance.

Message Content

You agree not to send spam, misleading, illegal, or harassing messages through the CRsense platform. All messages must clearly identify your dealership as the sender.

AI-Assisted Messaging

The CRsense AI Inbox feature is designed to assist with lead follow-up. Any AI-generated content must be reviewed by a human before sending, and must comply with all applicable regulations including disclosure requirements for automated messages.

Data and Privacy

Customer contact information used for messaging must be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations.

Violations

Violation of these messaging terms may result in immediate suspension of messaging features or termination of your CRsense account.
